You can, it’s just that one of you have to be the one to be the art submitter & receiver of any winning prizes. It’s up to you both how you want to split the credit (and/or prize if won).
Also for any winners, I’d much prefer them to already have a PayPal set up to accept direct money deposits or some already set way I can send their prize to.
