I agree with user WamyRemy when I say yes I believe this image would do a lot better if it had better composition, some characters could even be displayed in the sky, sitting on the trees, others could be on the hills, clouds etc— mainly because everyone looks crowded down there.
The usage of composition can also help you showcase others’ artwork abilities much better, no matter the art level.

Nevertheless, 145 people being a part of this illustration is impressive, & it’s fun seeing all the cute characters eating a sammich.
